Consular section
The consular section is responsible for providing consular assistance, such as issuing temporary emergency passports, retrieving passports, and issuing coordination numbers. All visits must be booked in advance. Please contact the Embassy to book your appointment.

Emergency consular assistance outside of the Embassy’s office hours: For emergency consular assistance to Swedish citizen or residents in Sweden outside of the Embassy’s office hours, please call the Embassy’s switchboard + 84 24 372 604 00  and press “0” to be transferred to the Ministry for Foreign Affairs' consular emergency service in Sweden “UD-jouren”
