July 15 - Shed No Tears (Känn ingen sorg) PG 13
Pål dreams about becoming successful with his music, but he has one major obstacle: himself. He’s a diamond in the rough, and the only things greater than his musical talent are his obsessions, which constantly get him into trouble. We follow Pål on an emotional journey one summer in Gothenburg where he is thrown between passion and deceit, love, reconciliation, and deliverance.
The plot is based on the lyrics and music by Håkan Hellström, one of Sweden’s best-known musicians. The film’s title is based on Håkan Hellström's debut single, ”Känn ingen sorg för mig Göteborg.” Hellström appears in a minor role in the film. English subtitles. 109 min.

A dark, complex depiction of Swedish society in the 1970s. Martin (Bill Skarsgård) is a young man who escapes his alcoholic father for the summer job of his life at the exclusive Royal Yacht Club in the idyllic archipelago of Stockholm. The hotel manager Gösta (Peter Dalle) is a playboy at the center of high society and takes the young Martin under his wing.
