    UPDATE: This event has been cancelled due to the weather. As a grand finale to the Ingmar Bergman Centennial Summer screenings in Washington DC, the Embassy of Sweden will be screening Smiles of a Summer Night (Sommarnattens leende), a highly-acclaimed comedy sparkling with erotic energy and romantic misadventures, in the garden of the Residence of the Ambassador of Sweden to the United States.

    Our 'Sweden on the Screen' film series will continue in the summer. Swedish films are screened on select Sundays at 3 PM at House of Sweden. The screenings are free but registration to attend is recommended. See schedule below.
