The Honorary Consulate of Sweden presents a lunchtime concert of Nordic Music and Opera Arias with Jenny Lind scholarship recipient Tessan-Maria Lehmussaari and pianist Silja Inkeri Levander.
Opera singer Tessan-Maria Lehmussaari is the winner of the prestigious 2020 (2022) Jenny Lind Scholarship, awarded by the Swedish Royal Academy of Music and the People's Parks and Community Centers in Stockholm.
The Jenny Lind Concert is a beloved and long-running Yerba Buena Gardens Festival tradition that showcases the most extraordinary young sopranos from Sweden. Tessan-Maria Lehmussaari is accompanied by multi-talented Finnish-born pianist Silja Inkeri Levander.
