The Embassy of Sweden to Tunisia does not handle visa matters.
The Embassy of Finland in Tunis together with VFS Global is responsible for visa applications to Sweden (however not for Libyan citizens, please see information below). Please note that the Embassy of Sweden in Tunis cannot assist you with questions regarding visa applications that have been made at the Embassy of Finland or at VFS Global.

Libyan citizens cannot apply for a visa in Tunisia, and are referred to contact Swedish Embassies in nearby countries.
The Embassy of Sweden to Tunisia does not conduct marriages.
Swedish citizens who want to get married before Tunisian authorities need to obtain the following documents from the Swedish Tax Agency.
1. A population registration certificate (personbevis gällande vigsel), which also includes your parents' names (any earlier children do not need to be included on the population registration certificate)
2. Marriage licence
However, we advise you, in good time before departing, to contact the Embassy of Tunisia in Stockholm to check whether the abovementioned documents are adequate and whether they need to be legalised by the Ministry for Foreign Affairs or authenticated with an apostille. In Sweden, a Notary Public issues an apostille.
Please note that the Embassy does not have the ability to translate documents required for marriage in Tunisia (population registration certificate/marriage licence).

The Embassy of Sweden to Tunisia does not handle migration issues.
It is recommended to do an online application on the Swedish Migration Board’s website. On the Migration Board's webstite, you will find information about family migration, studies and work as well.

When applying online on the Migration Board’s website, please indicate the Swedish Embassy in Rabat, Morocco. Eventual biometrics (photography and fingerprints) can be conducted at the Swedish Embassy in Algiers, Algeria.
