Scheduled visits at the Embassy of Sweden in Pretoria

In order to prevent the spread of the corona virus (Covid-19), the embassy has decided to schedule the visits to the Embassy of Sweden from 13 July 2020 and until further notice.

The Embassy's reception is open by appointment only for consular matters, such as passport applications, name registrations and the like, and migration-related cases such as interviews, biometrics and submissions of residence and visa applications.

Due to the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, Embassy of Sweden as well as the iParioli Complex has implemented precautionary measures for the safety of our customers and employees.

It is mandatory to wear a face mask/face covering to enter iParioli Complex and Embassy of Sweden.

On arrival at iParioli Complex you will be required to undergo a temperature reading. 

Customers exhibiting COVID-19 symptoms, including fever (higher than 37.3 degrees Celsius), cough and difficulty in breathing will not be allowed to enter.

Family members/friends are welcome to wait outside the building, but not in the waiting room.

Please arrive on time for your appointment slot and not earlier nor later. 

On entering the reception of the embassy please make use of available sanitizers and practice social distancing while waiting in the reception room.
