Nordic Photo Exhibition 'It Came from the North'

The Nordic embassies in Jakarta are supporting 'It Came from the North' exhibition, presented by ISA Art Advisory. The exhibition runs from 19 February to 22 March 2019.

'It Came from the North' exhibition is a collection of photographs portraying the natural beauty of the Nordic countries. It honors the beauty of Nordic nature through photography in traditional landscape imagery and abstract forms, and offers an insight into the unique relationship the Nordic people have with nature.

The exhibition showcases the works of eight Nordic artists: Tine Poppe and Stig Marlon Weston (Norway), Nanna Hänninen and Sandra Kantanen (Finland), Mads Peter Iversen and Astrid Kruse Jensen (Denmark), Stefan Isaksson (Sweden) and artist couple Inka and Niclas Lindergård (Finland and Sweden respectively). Two Indonesian photographers, Vicky Tanzil and Alexander Thian, also presents their vision of the North.
