Fischersund explores the scents of traditional Icelandic homes in 1772 as experienced by Solander on the theme Bréf frá Íslandi.
Icelandic Fischersund recreates historical events and literature through fragrance products. They asked themselves what scents Solander should have encountered in Iceland 1772, and based on this created a scented candle and an incense called Bréf frá Íslandi. The scent, based on tar, wood, moss, and smoke, will accompany the project together with a specially produced artwork.
