Book an appointment
Please write the below information into an e-mail for booking an appointment and send it to the following address: migration.berlin@gov.se.
Attention: If you want to do the passport control or submit your biometrics, an appointment is not necessary. Instead, please visit the embassy on Thursdays from 09.00 to 12.00.
Please choose one type of appointment:
- Residence permit for family reunion or residence permit for studies.
- First name (as in passport)
- Family name (as in passport)
- Date of birth (yyyy-mm-dd)
- Nationality
- Spoken languages (please note that the language you choose will be the language you perform the interview in)
- Dossier number or control number for the case
- Number of applicants
- Other information that is important for the Embassy to know
- Telephone number to applicant (including country and area code)
- E-mail
