We are currently experiencing a higher level of request than usual regarding traveling to Ethiopia in general and in particular to the area bordering to Sudan and South Sudan.
The Swedish Embassy of Ethiopia would like to underline that The Ministry for Foreign Affairs has previously decided to advise against all non-essential travel to Ethiopia, except for travels to the capital Addis Abeba. This advice is still in effect.
