Welcome to the Embassy of Sweden in Kabul, Afghanistan.
From 16 August 2021, the embassy's work is conducted from Stockholm.
The Embassy is covering a large area of operation and is manned by staff from the Ministry for Foreign Affairs.
Swedish citizens residing or intending to stay in the country for an extended period of time are welcome to register on the embassy's list of Swedes in Afghanistan.The list is used for emergency preparedness purposes.
