Thus, it is not possible to apply for asylum at any Swedish Mission Abroad and such application should be submitted directly to the Migration Agency in Sweden or to the Swedish Border Police when entering the country. Furthermore, it is not possible for the Migration Agency to grant asylum to an individual who is not present in Sweden.
